Paris Is Burning Returns To Theaters for WorldPride (Exclusive)
June 20 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EDT
For the first time in 30 years, “Paris Is Burning” will return to theaters nationwide this summer in honor of the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall and World Pride. For the month of June, the film will return to the legendary Film Forum in New York City—the exact location where it made its original debut.
In honor of NYC World Pride 2019, we have bought-out the theatre on June 20, 2019 for a special one night only event: a house ball community screening of the film, free of charge to all in attendance (those who rsvp in advance).
A special panel discussion will follow featuring some of the film’s original stars as well as current members of the house ball community.
The first 65 people to RSVP (email@example.com) will receive free admission. Please include name in email.
We are encouraging folks to be in attendance and engage in a “call and response” style experience with the film.
